Was once a great place, but now it has changed for the worse - Senior Sse Rackspace Technology Employee Review

Low pay for the industry. Benefits are OK, but seem to get worse every year with premiums and/or co-pays. Hard to take actual vacation as you have to find coverage for your accounts. When you want to interview, you get shot down from HR not allowing you due to your current position. Also, there seems to be a buddy system here on who is recognized.
