New CEO has created a lot of churn inside the company. Too many middle managers with no experience. They think they know what's best for your career when they have never managed anyone before. If you disagree with them, you just practically painted a target on yourself. The pay is extremely low for the market. They just pulled sabbaticals away from Rackers unless it is for charity work. What made Rackspace fun to work at is no longer there, so a lot of people are leaving. Why stay when they can make more money else where?
