Pros
Radial is a very cutting edge company focused on employee and customer needs. They are constantly changing and improving with new technology on all fronts. Radial like most company's is driven by its productivity but also has a strong emphasis on building a culture that feels more like a family environment.
Cons
The only Con that I could come up with is that they have not been in our area several years sooner.
