Pathetic company and worst work environment - Anonymous employee Radial Employee Review

Some of the director level and higher management level controls the decision , all they are doing in micro-managing the work and pressuring their employee. Every now and then there will be employee cut off. They don't value smart, reliable and hard working employee. Some of managerial level folks are playing dirty politics and treating others as stepping stone to get promotion. Basically they wants dogs and donkey's who can work 60 hours of weekly work.
