Complete lack of a defined career path within the organization, leading to an inability to keep top performers. Constant misinterpretation of group responsibilities from senior leadership. Poor communication from IT services leadership. Company was initially focused on entire suite of e-commerce technologies, but due to mismanagement and impossible contract SLAs, have been forced into a warehouse / storage model.
