Pros
The supervisors in my direct location were usually very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to share that knowledge freely in order to make the consultants better at their job and better at assisting other agents down the line.
Cons
The supervisors not in my location (the main hub is in a different state) were very micro-managing of the consultants, specialists, and even supervisors in our location. There was a very big "culture war" between the two sites that spread disharmony amongst the peers as well.
