Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits package is pretty good. I have many options to choose from. They also fund a good amount of travel if your role requires it. For my team at least, my coworkers have good work culture and help out so we all have a work life balance.
Cons
Management cannot seems to be on the same page. I've been stuck in meetings where they argue with each other - usually because one leader does not want to be responsible for their actions. Downstream we usually get overworked because of these meetings - especially during Peak. The compensation is lackluster as well. There is low retention at all levels: From the C-Suite down to the temps.
