Business Outlook

Pros

We have a team that performs at a high level with a strong sense of teamwork and commitment to meeting or exceeding the company’s goals. The senior leadership team is transparent. The CWO is kind and fair. The benefits are great. During the Covid-19 pandemic Radio Flyer has been especially generous - modifying and improving wellness benefits, giving extra days off and helping cover unexpected costs with the sudden transition to working from home. Managers worked with individuals to modify schedules based on homeschooling and childcare needs. The way the pandemic has been handled has really demonstrated the company’s values and its commitment to Flyers.

Cons

We tend to run lean from a staffing perspective. There are times of the year where the workload is high and work/life balance is difficult to maintain. While most have been working remotely due to Covid-19 the commute can be long when working from the office.
