Pros
Employees are highly valued and the culture is excellent! Radio Flyer is a highly collaborative environment, so you get to work with and meet people across all departments. Perks and benefits are good, and feels like we are taken care of
Cons
Location is not ideal for commuting. The team runs lean, so we are often playing catch up and are rushed trying to get new products launched on time.
