Pros
Flyers are spectacular. Its great to work with people that not only have a genuine love of the products they make, but that enjoy each other. Other pros: Health Insurance, Flex Hours, PTO time is high, and professional growth.
Cons
With such a small company there's not much room for vertical advancement. High pacing projects is both a positive and a negative.
