Pros

A lot of freedom to identify problems and contribute to their resolution. Pretty flat culture and heavy company interest in investing in their employees.

Cons

Political environment. Can be difficult to enact changes especially working across teams internally. Not much cohesion in leadership direction.

Pros

In Downtown San Francisco. Smart people on the team. Fun industry.

Cons

Culture was toxic and it started at the top with the CEO. The CEO was a young and arrogant leader that treated people terribly and took no ownership of his poor decisions.
