The "good ole boy" system is alive and well......prepare for 70 hour weeks at least. The home-work balance doesn't exist...they own you and when they have used you up, they toss you to the street like garbage. They talk a good game with regards to caring for employees but they will buy more facilities and when the check comes due, they get rid of good employess to pay their bills.
