11yFirst, thank you for commenting. It is true we are dealing with market conditions that are less than favorable, and yes that does affect all aspects of the organization.
Second, there is no coordinated effort to improve our ratings. It's an interesting theory, but is not the case. We are replying because we are aware of the challenges we face and how it reflects upon the organization.
Change is not always easy and it takes time. We are working to make Schnitzer a better organization for our employees and our customers.
