Pros
Challenging and dynamic work, never boring or routine. Learn something new every day, including about the industry, about business, and about new ways to apply your education and experience. Work with some very sharp people and collaborative people. Great and regular communications from Executive Management- very transparent with Town Hall and CEO office hours open to all. Great focus on safety and the environment.
Cons
Constantly on a learning curve about the industry, the market, and the regulatory environment, and how to do more with less (which is the challenge some will love and some will not).
