Flexibility - they have a hybrid work schedule. 2 days in-office, 3 days remote.
Cons
No upward mobility whatsoever. Tons of red tape if you want to contribute anything of value. Very set in their ways and not open to change. High tolerance for toxic work environment. Operate as lean as possible, so they rarely backfill when people leave. They would rather redistribute the responsibilities.
