Pros
The technology is great as most of the systems are new. If you are in the IT field and want to work on the newest technology they most likely have it.
Cons
There is a culture of management where the highest level manager in any meeting or room believes that they are the smartest person in the room and they tend to discount any opinions other than their own or managers above them. It is a very hierarchical management style with each manager not only carrying a big stick but using it all the time on employees to let them know that they are not in a friendly cooperative environment but in an environment which is dictated by the managers and that they can be gone, very disappointing. Half of the employees I work with believe that they are going to be let go half of the time which indicates to me that it is a culture created by the management style. Unrealistic timelines are set for projects and then disbelief by the managers when the timelines are not met.
