Good pay, decent caseload, firm activities here and there, great clients.

There are no cons to be honest.

They have nice offices in Beverly Hills but they put 5 or 6 people in a single office like a sweat shop. They farm out a lot of their work to Peru. They do have good cases generally.

Never more than one week of paid leave a year. If you can't speak Spanish, they won't hire you unless you're an attorney. Management claims they are so organized but their implementation of Filevine is an absolute mess. No one enters the data correctly and the litigation department is completed divorced from it. If you get anything wrong in an email subject line the owner of the firm takes you on a sidebar to tell you how you have to comply with this idiotic system. Even the seasoned attorney that's been there for six years doesn't completely understand the audit system because it doesn't make sense.
