Pros

Rafii & Associates is progressive, happy to adopt new technology, creative and kind to its employees. The team in Las Vegas is tight and they fight like hell for the underdog. Corporations are more powerful than people and I feel very lucky to fight on the side of the people.

Cons

No real downsides right now.
