I've found an excellent sense of ownership in my work, supportive teams and a real investment in developing my potential. Employees can find an entrepreneurial environment here if they are ambitious. The company wants to hear your ideas and will support your strategy if you are willing to put in the effort. As a new employee, leadership went out of their way to ensure I was connected throughout the organization so that I could use my skills to demonstrate success. Raftelis has an excellent reputation in the industry and that helps open doors. Really, their reputation makes it seem like a much larger company than it is.
Cons
Really nothing significant, as a consulting company there are always going to be tight deadlines and sometimes things can pile up, but that ebbs and flows too.
