Pros

Raftelis seems to care about its employees and treats them well. My manager is very understanding and receptive to taking time off. I work remotely and am able to work flexible hours, as long as I am available during business hours. Raftelis also seems to care about company culture; the company regularly schedules company retreats to unite the different offices, and makes a concerted effort at promoting DEI. They also have some good benefits, including free health insurance and discretionary PTO.

Cons

The salary range of my position is not competitive with other similar software jobs in Washington state.

Exe leadership is solid. Benefits and pay are great. Flexible PTO. Company retreats.

Cons

Individual practice leadership varies. I often feel that my immediate managers are struggling to fit into the company and are often too busy to provide me any support.
