There are a lot of opportunities to be involved with rail projects. Employees in my local office are friendly and helpful.
Cons
I am still trying to understand the scope and fee approval process, and why it is set up the way it is. I did have an experience when I felt a senior engineer was trying to put me in my place when I was just doing my best.
