Pros

How many different languages can I write NONE in?

Cons

Just imagine working for ungrateful/incompetent people at a toxic environment. If it sounds like a perfect work place then work for this company. Department leaders do not care about employees while barely managing their own workload. Terrible culture and values with overwhelming negativity. Oh and don’t let all of these ‘5 star’ reviews scam you into thinking that this is a great place to work. Starting with but not limited to: the pay, management, no training, turnover rate, fear mongering, micro-managing, one mistake you're crucified, useless HR, the list goes on and on...Don't make the same mistake I made and stay away from this train wreck.

Pros

None that I know of.

Cons

My experience in this department was challenging due to ongoing issues with professionalism and workplace conduct. Management frequently engaged in behavior that created unnecessary conflict and tension among staff. Multiple concerns were reported about her interactions with employees, but no corrective action was taken. Leadership consistently defended her despite repeated complaints and despite her speaking negatively about them to others. There was also an instance where leadership appeared to work together to remove an employee who had reported concerns to HR. This reinforced the impression that HR’s priority was protecting the company rather than addressing employee issues. Several former employees have shared similar experiences, describing the environment as toxic and expressing relief after leaving. The high turnover in this role reflects the ongoing problems within the department. Additionally, although management expressed positive feedback about me when I left, she later gave contradictory comments during a reference check. This inconsistency was disappointing but ultimately did not affect my career. The workplace culture is heavily influenced by internal relationships and family connections, which can make it difficult for employees to feel supported or treated fairly. I am grateful to have moved on from this environment.
