Pros

Some of the District Managers are understanding. The clothes at the stores are nice and cheap.

Cons

This Jewish owned company wants the employee to be the manager, freight person, window washer, maid service and security guard but they don't want to pay you what you are worth. They don't want to pay overtime. Compassion is not part of their lives. If a store has 2 bad inventories, they will not retake the inventory. They rather assume the staff is stealing and fire the entire store of employees. They have money the pay for security but will not provide security. This company is claiming against the insurance for stolen merchandise all the while strategically opening new Rainbow stores in the worst neighborhoods in the country. The clothes at the stores are bought cheap and marked up 400%. This is a million dollar company the is treating the employees that work the stores and in the field wrong.

Pros

Discount, weekly pay. All I have to say.

Cons

Horrible experience. Not enough hours for the workload. Have to cut people and give them the disappointing news of then losing hours. Then after sending everyone home you are stuck in a store by yourself being the cashier, security, sales associate, recover person, and manger all at once . . oh and the long lines to the door with only myself on the register and people begging for help and complaining about the wait in line. DM was horrible. Area manager was sweet but unfortunately she had to follow the directions of the DM. Poor Pay. Overall -10/10 experience!
