Very selfish company - Shoe Coordinator Rainbow Shops Employee Review

This company does NOT care about the employees AT ALL. The equipment is outdated, there is little to no training provided, the rate of pay is pathetic, and any “bonuses” are next to impossible to obtain. Forget about earning sick or vacation time, regardless of how hard you work, because the requirements are ridiculous and ever-changing. This company only cares about lining the pockets of the owners, no matter what.
