Pros
I worked at two. It really depends on the location. My coworkers were fun at the Baltimore location and they were like sisters to me. It’s easy, really chill, and since schedules are made weekly you can always ask for off days. You get paid every week too.
Cons
At my other location, the staff used to snitch on me for being on my phone. You had to act like you’re busy when you’re really not. It’s 2019 so no one shops at Rainbow anymore foreal so sometimes we didn’t get our sales goal. Quite often in fact. Work-life balance is terrible. They think Rainbow is your career and it’s not. You have to do so much work for little pay.
