Pros

There were none. I was happy to leave.

Cons

Very vindictive and pretentious (assistant) management, who are allowed to mistreat employees because they're personal friends with store management. I was not offered any physical accommodations despite being pregnant (I found out I was pregnant a week after being hired), 8 months pregnant with no seating offered despite the majority of my responsibilities consisting of unboxing, and marking items for sale and distributing them across the store once done. It was only when I left Rainbow and started at a different company that I learned of my rights as a pregnant woman, but by then I had already had my child and the life-long bouts with sciatica, something I never had prior to Rainbow or my pregnancy had taken hold. I was also punished for expecting my 2nd break despite working an 8-hour shift. In retaliation for taking the 2nd break that I am legally obligated to have, my shifts were changed to part-time 4-hour shifts which sorely affected my income. The assistant manager said "we don't take extra breaks". Horrible experience.
