-Toxic work environment especially while training during the 90 day probation -Extremely strict phone policy -At times the warehouse will close without notice, which means you will pretty much take a day unpaid (they will sometimes pay you 2 hours for the day) -PTO, vacation days, sick days are all combined (usually start off with only a week of PTO) -Outdated software -They typically cut hours for half a week every other month (known as blackout periods) -The benefits are fairly expensive -There isn't much of a workload for Appointment desk, so if there's nothing to do you might be sent to pack boxes in the warehouse or you will be expected to stare blankly at your computer screen until it's time to get cut. -There aren't any windows/fresh air inside the office -You are expected sweep/mop your own office -45 minute unpaid lunch
