      Pros

      30% discount. Option of joining Union. Some benefits. I really can't think of anymore pros I just couldn't type less than 20 words.

      Cons

      They over-work and under-pay their employees. District managers are never happy with ANYTHING. NO SECURITY CAMERAS! Yet, the employees are responsible if inventory is low. Rainbow never gives cash bonuses or rewards, they only give gift certificates that can ONLY be used at Rainbow.

      Discount, weekly pay. All I have to say.

      Horrible experience. Not enough hours for the workload. Have to cut people and give them the disappointing news of then losing hours. Then after sending everyone home you are stuck in a store by yourself being the cashier, security, sales associate, recover person, and manger all at once . . oh and the long lines to the door with only myself on the register and people begging for help and complaining about the wait in line. DM was horrible. Area manager was sweet but unfortunately she had to follow the directions of the DM. Poor Pay. Overall -10/10 experience!
