The company has an incredibly positive culture with high standards that inspire you to do your best every day. Leadership here motivates, supports, and genuinely cares about your success. Even though the company continues to grow, it still feels like a small family where everyone knows and supports each other. After more than 20 years in the industry, I can honestly say this has been the most rewarding job of my career.
Cons
There are no real downsides for me personally. It’s a fast-paced environment, so be prepared to work hard and give your best every day. But the effort is worth it, because the rewards, culture, and growth opportunities are unmatched.
