Leaving a company after 19 years wasn’t an easy decision. I started there at 16 and worked my way up, but over time my growth had stalled, and I wasn’t being developed anymore. I knew I wanted more for myself, so I took a leap of faith and joined Raising Cane’s. That decision completely changed the trajectory of my career. I started in restaurant operations and have since been afforded so many incredible opportunities; from Area Leader of Training to Area Leader, Regional Leader of Training, and now Regional Vice President. I’ve grown here more than I did in nearly two decades at my last company. I’ve been challenged, appreciated, and supported every step of the way. I’ve also had the opportunity to travel the country, expand my network, and learn from some of the best leaders in the business.
