Pros

Raising Cane's as a company is usually good at training it employees. The crew are always fun to be around and upper management will usually help further your training with the company. Usually.

Cons

To maintain the high standard that is set by Raising Cane's our employees work a lot harder than many other restaurants crew members. For the amount of work that goes into each location amount you will get paid does not cut it. Not necessarily in a bad way, but the management of Raising Cane's depends heavily on the crew holding themselves to a higher standard while taking a pay cut in comparison to other companies. Career opportunities and growth are much more likely at non Managing Partnered (MP) locations.

Pros

Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

Cons

No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
