Business Outlook
Pros
The people are easily the best part of the job; the people around become a family. Additionally, the job itself demands a high demand of quality work and constantly pushes people to do better, be better, and strive for better. The environment allows you to laugh and joke around at each shift without losing focus, making you genuinely enjoy your time there regardless of who is on the shift.
Cons
The pay was inconsistent and pay raises were very difficult to attain. They fought you in every step of the way. I was a trainer and I was getting paid less than the people that were just hired. It seemed your wage was permanently set up at your interview.
