Pros

It can be a fun environment if you make it, making more than minimum wage :)

Cons

I have a very strict availability because I am a high school student and need to focus on school and get a decent amount of sleep and I told my manager my availability before I got hired and once again and I keep getting scheduled for times that are completely not on my availability. I am not going to be out to 1 am/ having six hour shifts on a school night. High school is already stressful enough and with all these hours, going straight from school to work and coming home very late changed me from a straight a student to all b’s. It would be one thing if I never gave my availability but I have given it twice. Please learn how to schedule correctly or I will quit. Also one of the nro’s kept getting very close to me and was making me very uncomfortable and I almost had several panic attacks because lack of personal space makes me anxious. I understand y’all want to make it fun and be preppy, but it can be very overwhelming for some people. Thank you

Pros

Simple, structured work flow and good pay with easy ability to move up if work ethic is above average. Easy to master all aspects of the job and management cares about growth and punctuality.

Cons

Held to a high standard so if you are not there to work then you will have a bad time

Pros

The pay was pretty good as were the benefits Not stressful Customers aren't rude A fair amount of people have a really great time working there and feel very passionate about Raising Cane's

Cons

If you aren't super super outgoing, you probably won't have a good time there You'll get hired on the spot and be told the workplace is like "a family," so do with that what you will If you do work there and you're pursuing a career outside of Raising Cane's (i.e. going to college or receiving professional training), definitely keep it to yourself
