Not the best job experience but typical food service job. - Cashier Raising Cane's Employee Review

Pros

Free food whenever someone forgot their tailgate order, easy to make friends with coworkers. Teamwork environment was solid, atleast for day shifts (not the same can be said for night shifts). Easy to move up in management if you really want that career option as long as you work hard.

Cons

Easy to make enemies and some management is incompetent. Complacency. Nobody can do their jobs correctly. Understaffed and stressful at times, especially around holidays.

Pros

It was an amazing place at one time

Cons

Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
