      Great pay, nice coworkers, cool customers, great food, cool music, hot fries, hot chicken, at this point that's all i have to say.

      Cons

      Management has a lack of being organized. They don't follow canes standards at all. They like to play favorites and a lot of unfairness and inequality.

      Pros

      It was an amazing place at one time

      Cons

      Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
