      Strong company and high pay for the industry. Great Crew and very busy so your work days move by quickly.

      Cons

      Intensely focused on every detail down to the cornered behind the toilets. No stone goes unturned. Very administratively intensive while maintaining operations simultaneously. Great job for someone wanting to get their feet wet in the industry. Terrible work life balance.

      It was an amazing place at one time

      Cons

      Restaurant food quality has dropped with no movement by senior leadership to improve. Department leaders are stagnant and it's impossible to introduce new leadership and new mentality. Walls are being put up by senior leadership creating lack of management promotions within or recognition of leaders with no titles making great impacts. Hiring is being controlled with a complete disregard for diversity, it's becoming too white washed. Hiring managers are being rewarded to hiring unqualified but cheaper candidates.
