raising canes has a first job friendly environment and is a very easy welcoming restaurant to work at.

Cons

Raising canes doesn’t report HR issues they don’t handle harassment issues and they do not take crew complaints seriously

Pros

Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

Cons

No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
