Pros

The Culture was amazing and the Crew truly felt like family.

Cons

The upper-level management never recognized hard work. Their pay was not enough to compensate for the amount of work expected from a Shift Manager. External managers were paid significantly more than internal promotions just to keep the externals from leaving. The assessments are unnecessarily hard and add too much stress to the job for too little pay.

Pros

Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

Cons

No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
