Pros

Raising Cane's tagged care of their people. They provide great salary and benefits and the events they hold and gifts they give to their team are second to none. Most of the people you work with are fantastic and have each other's backs.

Cons

They never stop and rest. It's ok at first, but especially on the operations team, you work long, long hours. There's also a focus on turning work very quickly with a lot of lead times, which can reduce the quality of work you're able to produce.

Pros

Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

Cons

No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
