      Pros

      The Executive's at Rakuten Marketing are by far the best leaders I have ever had the chance to work for and with! The benefits of working at Rakuten Marketing are endless! I truly feel as if I am part of a family and it's because the leaders show that they care about the employees on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Honestly, my life has only continued to get better since I began employment at Rakuten. There are NO cons.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.

      Good benefits and some managers were supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Cuthroat environment. Most of the other managers micromanaged and put unrealistic deadlines while asking you to train other employees.
