Positive it workplace on the surface, proving a great atmosphere. Management is transparent and seems to genuinely care for their employees.
Cons
Lacking full continuity with across all companies. Innovation is mostly tied to acquisitions of other companies, which leads to more cultural confusion. Not all units colloborate willingly, too territorial at times. This will lead to drastic changes eventually, which will be a shock to what was an industry leader from NY.
