      Pros

      Great environment. Everyone is always willing to help out & share findings. Management cares about employees and takes time to know them and make their jobs easier if possible. We are def spoiled with food and parties which is a plus and have a lot of knowledgeable senior members that i personally learn a lot from. Overall great job. Happy i took the opportunity!

      Cons

      At times (especially holidays) can be extremely stressful and you may find yourself Responding to emails and working on weekends. However this is not expected of us. We just do it because we care about our accounts

I agree, it's nice to have perks like free food and parties, however, what we value more is the culture and I love the fact that you think the work environment "feels like home" for you.       Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.

      Pros

      Good benefits and some managers were supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Cuthroat environment. Most of the other managers micromanaged and put unrealistic deadlines while asking you to train other employees.
