      Pros

      Company makes an effort to do fun things for staff (quarterly parties, free lunch, snacks, breakfast). Aside from leadership team, co-workers are amazing.

      Cons

      Office politics get in the way of completing work. Leadership team micromanages everything. Salary is very low. CEO and parent company CEO are treated like gods. If you don't care about not being able to have an opinion and you're interested in just doing what you're told, regardless if it's right or not, then apply for a position here.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
