      Multi-national company with skilled professionals

      Cons

      Mismanaged company. The management has made several bad decisions and that led to loss of revenues and loosing customers and customers experiencing bad experience.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.

      Good benefits and some managers were supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Cuthroat environment. Most of the other managers micromanaged and put unrealistic deadlines while asking you to train other employees.
