Pros
Cool company, got the chance to travel. Laid back atmosphere. Cool people for the most part.
Cons
Horrendous management philosophy, blame game, etc. HR and Management didn't even know that what they called a commission wasn't legally a commission. Nothing was done about that ofc. The place could have been really good and successful, if the GET team didn't spend time signing up the bottom of the bottom of the barrel merchants to sell terrible products, just to chase that stupid $99 quarterly fee. Overall that philosophy that $33 per month is more important than a quality Customer experience and quality products with good pricing, ultimately contributed heavily to the lack of success in 2015 and 2016. Seems like they are starting to make progress on that now though with the major changes to Rakuten.com.
