      Pros

      The company is growing fast and there was lots of room to grow my career. CEO shares news on what is going on. Good teamwork and easy going culture.

      Cons

      Company events always seem to revolve around alcohol. It was hard to feel included if I didn't want to party. Releases more buggy than they should be.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.

      Good benefits and some managers were supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Cuthroat environment. Most of the other managers micromanaged and put unrealistic deadlines while asking you to train other employees.
