      Clique-y coworkers-most of the employees on first shift are treated better than those on second or third shift Wages that are too low compared to the amount of work done Micromanage-supervisors and managers do not trust lower level employees, quality reviews are mandatory even if you're a star performer Takes months to resolve issues, even if they're affecting our work abilities Management is unapproachable

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.

      Good benefits and some managers were supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Cuthroat environment. Most of the other managers micromanaged and put unrealistic deadlines while asking you to train other employees.
