      Good projects, exposure on lot of work because of smaller team sizes. Smart peers to work with.

      Management is not very capable. They take many decisions which seems to be random.

      Company is great if you prefer stagnant work culture Salary is comparably good, company's vision is great

      Specific group is very pathetic and got polluted in last 2-3 years with no long term vision from market value of execution of projects
