      Pros

      - people are very smart - pay is good, growth is high - people generally friendly & willing to work together

      Cons

      - hiring fast, but lots of good people leaving - zero wlb. everyone is burnt out. probably why people are leaving - title inflation (or fast promotions if you want to look at it the other way)
