      Pros

      Highly competitive and generous compensation. Ability to prove yourself. Flexible work schedules. Core values that are actually core values. Ability to help people. CEO is plugged in and cares about helping as many people as he can.

      Cons

      The only downside is for people who have stopped believing in the mission of what the company is trying to do OR who have low self-awareness about their own abilities. People in those two buckets sometimes stay too long which leads to bad things. Other than that, it's the best place to work.

      You can help struggling people with the work you do.

      Cons

      Ramsey is INCREDIBLY greedy. It is all about filling Dave's pockets with more money, there is only so many ways to make money off the program. Ramsey underpays and tries to get people to think of it like ministry work, but Ramsey is a corporation so there is zero need for charity.. Ramsey is actually very light on its Bible teaching so I recommend you find a local church or a solid parachurch organization so you can actually do ministry.
